"We wanted to take a moment to expres our mopst sincere appreciation to you all for your help in the recent sale of our home.  From the very first conversation through the closing of the home, it was an incredible experience.

We originally found your services online as an ELP of Dave Ramsey, someone we have read extensive financial information from.  Your office called almost immediately to tell me when we were ready, ykou would like to meet with us.  Unfortunately, we were already working with another realtor that we were unhappy with, but you told us that it might take time, but if/when we were ready, you would be ready as well.  You were exactly right...and we called you a few weeks later to request your services.

That very same night, Abby came by our home, took pictures, installed a sign out front, and spent well over 2 hours with us, answering questions and giving us the "good, bad, and the ugly" of a short sale, even though you had somewhere else to be that night.  I can honestly say we kenw we made the best decision possible by contacting you and we knew, one way or another, that everyhting was going to be okay.

You requested paperwork to be signed, re-signed, and every document imaginable, an dyou were so patient when it came to our questions (which were daily).  You answere back almost immediately and were always eager to help through this very difficult process.

The good news came when an offer came in.  You called us to tell us an offer was on the table and explained everything in detail, since this was our first time selling or accepting/declining an offer.  You were all so thorough and understanding of all of our questions.  We made some changes and signed off on the offer.

I still remember the day that Abby called to say the bank accepted our offer...with no limitations at closing.  I was in tears and I am still in shock that it happened!  I know that process would never have been possible without you all.  We went to closing and were able to welcome the new owners and say thank you personally to Abby and her team.
